أفاد مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية “أوتشا”، الخميس، بنزوح 250 ألف شخص من المالحة بولاية شمال دارفور عقب السيطرة عليها من قوات الدعم السريع
النازحون من محليتي سربا وجبل مون بولاية غرب دارفور والبالغ عددهم أكثر من 18 ألف شخص أوضاعًا إنسانية متفاقمة، في ظل نقص حاد في الغذاء والدواء، وارتفاع غير مسبوق في أسعار السلع الأساسية عقب احداث المالحة
فاقم إغلاق المخابز ونفاد مخزون الدقيق معاناة النازحين في معسكر زمزم جنوب مدينة الفاشر وتسبب بأزمة إنسانية لهم، جرّاء الحصار الذي فرضته قوات الدعم السريع على المنطقة منذ أشهر.
250,000 flee from al-Maliha, and grim conditions in Zamzam, Sirba, and Jabal Moon
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported on Thursday that 250,000 people were displaced from Al-Maliha in North Darfur State following its control by the RSF.
The more than 18,000 displaced people from Sirba and Jebel Moon localities in West Darfur State are facing deteriorating humanitarian conditions, amid severe food and medicine shortages and unprecedented increases in the prices of basic commodities following the events in al-Maliha.
The closure of bakeries and the depletion of flour stocks have exacerbated the suffering of the displaced people in Zamzam camp, south of El Fasher, causing a humanitarian crisis for them due to the siege imposed by the Rapid Support Forces on the area for months.

حملت الناشطة طرفي الحرب المسؤولية الكاملة عن الضحايا، ولم تستبعد أن يكون بعض هذه الجرائم قد ارتُكب على أساس عرقي أو بدوافع سياسية لتصفية خصوم معينين، لا سيما من ناشطي لجان المقاومة والمساهمين في التكايا
Emergency Lawyers: serious violations by both warring parties and a total absence of justice institutions
Human rights activist Rehab Al-Mubarak, a member of the Emergency Lawyers Association, expressed her deep regret over the increasing violations committed by parties to the conflict in Sudan, noting the spread of videos documenting horrific atrocities committed by members of the army after it recaptured Khartoum.
She pointed to the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces against detainees in Soba and around the Armoured Corps HQ in southern Khartoum, where prisoners are suffering from severe emaciation due to starvation and torture.
The activist held both sides of the war fully responsible for the victims, and did not rule out the possibility that some of these crimes were committed on ethnic grounds or for political motives to eliminate specific opponents, particularly resistance committee activists and contributors to the takaya charitable organisations.

المفوض السامي لحقوق الإنسان يدعو الجيش لوقف قتل المدنيين
فولكر تورك عن فزعه إزاء التقارير التي تفيد بوقوع عمليات قتل خارج إطار القانون، على نطاق واسع، ضد المدنيين في الخرطوم، عقب استعادة القوات المسلحة السودانية السيطرة على المدينة في 26 مارس.
وقال تورك في بيان يوم الخميس : “أشعر بفزع كبير إزاء التقارير الموثوقة التي تشير إلى وقوع العديد من حالات الإعدام بإجراءات موجزة لمدنيين في عدة مناطق من الخرطوم، للاشتباه على ما يبدو بتعاونهم مع قوات الدعم السريع”
قال إن هذه المقاطع تُظهر رجالًا مسلحين ــ بعضهم يرتدي الزي العسكري وآخرون بملابس مدنية ــ ينفذون إعدامات بدم بارد ضد مدنيين في أماكن عامة غالبًا
عمليات القتل نُسبت إلى الجيش وأفراد من الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة للدولة، ومليشيات ومقاتلين مرتبطين بالقوات المسلحة
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights calls on SAF to stop killing civilians
Volker Türk expressed his alarm at reports of widespread extrajudicial killings of civilians in Khartoum, following the Sudanese Armed Forces' recapture of the city on March 26.
Türk said in a statement: “I am deeply dismayed by credible reports of numerous summary executions of civilians in several areas of Khartoum, apparently on suspicion of collaborating with the Rapid Support Forces.”
He said that these videos depict armed men—some in military uniform and others in civilian clothes—carrying out cold-blooded executions of civilians, often in public spaces.
The killings have been attributed to the army, members of state security agencies, militias, and fighters linked to the armed forces.
السودان: شبح المجاعة يهدد سكان الفاشر شمال دارفور
تشهد الفاشر أوضاعاً إنسانية غاية في الخطورة، حيث يعاني السكان من نقص حاد في المواد الغذائية، ما دفع مئات الأسر إلى الفرار إلى مناطق أخرى في الإقليم.
قال مواطنون في الفاشر إن «الوضع سيئ للغاية، وتكلفة شراء المواد الغذائية باتت مرتفعة جداً»، وذكروا أن المتوفر من السلع والمواد التموينية «قليل جداً في المحال التجارية، وليس بمقدور الكثير من المواطنين الحصول عليها».
قال أحد المواطنين: «لم يبق أمامنا غير مغادرة المدينة، لا نملك المال لشراء ما يسد حاجاتنا من الطعام».
Sudan: The spectre of famine threatens the residents of El Fasher, North Darfur
El Fasher is experiencing extremely dire humanitarian conditions, with residents suffering from a severe food shortage, forcing hundreds of families to flee to other areas in the region.
Citizens in El Fasher said, "The situation is extremely dire, and the cost of purchasing food has become very high”, noting that the availability of goods and supplies is "very limited in shops, and many citizens are unable to obtain them.”
One resident said, "We have no choice but to leave the city. We don't have the money to buy enough food to meet our needs.”

إغلاق المخابز يفاقم معاناة أهالي مخيم زمزم بدارفور
فاقم إغلاق المخابز ونفاد مخزون الدقيق معاناة النازحين في مخيم زمزم، وفي الأيام الأخيرة زادت أوضاع النازحين سوءا بسبب النقص الحاد في السلع الاستهلاكية، وانعدام السيولة النقدية مما أصاب الحياة اليومية بشلل تام.
رغم التدهور السريع للوضع الإنساني، فإن الاشتباكات لا تزال مستمرة من دون أي مؤشر على التهدئة.
قال المتحدث الرسمي باسم المخيم محمد خميس دودة إن "الحصار المفروض يمنع دخول أي مساعدات إنسانية أو طبية أو غذائية، وإن حوالي 20 مخبزا بالمخيم توقفت تماما عن العمل بسبب نفاد الدقيق”.
Bakery closures exacerbate the suffering of residents of Zamzam camp in Darfur
The closure of bakeries and the depletion of flour stocks have worsened the suffering of the displaced in Zamzam camp, and in recent days conditions have worsened due to a severe shortage of consumer goods and a lack of cash, which has completely paralysed daily life.
Despite the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation, clashes continue with no sign of a truce.
Camp spokesperson Mohamed Khamis Doda said "the imposed blockade is preventing the entry of any humanitarian, medical, or food aid, and approximately 20 bakeries in the camp have completely stopped operating due to a shortage of flour.”

تستضيف ولاية البحر الأحمر 231 ألف نازح، معظمهم يعيش في ظل وضع إنساني قاسٍ جراء انعدام فرص العمل وضعف الاستجابة لمتطلباتهم.
المشروع يوفر التدريب والمعدات والقروض للمزارعين وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة، علاوة على فرص عمل قصيرة الأجل في مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية والري.
New project will provide employment opportunities and water for 60,000 people in eastern Sudan
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Government of Japan have launched a new project to enhance food security, provide employment opportunities, and provide access to water for 60,000 people in the Red Sea State in eastern Sudan.
Red Sea State hosts 231,000 internally displaced persons, most of whom live in dire humanitarian conditions due to the lack of job opportunities and the weak response to their needs.
The project provides training, equipment, and loans to farmers and small business owners, as well as short-term employment opportunities in solar energy and irrigation projects.
